New Caledonian crow
(Corvus moneduloides)

These tool-making crows are the only animals known to make hooks. Made out of bits of twig to reach their prey, they are intelligent enough to know that making a hook lets them retrieve their snacks 10 times faster than just a normal twig #clever. They are only found in New Caledonia, in the Pacific Ocean.
